Mighty big shoes to fill

As was his brother, Vincent loves trying on shoes.  Here he is putting on Mark's.

Date night

On Friday, we all headed to my mom's house for the weekend. We were having our carpets cleaned. My mom was nice enough to offer to watch the boys so that Mark & I could go out. We ate at Applebee's, which we hadn't done since we lived here back in '01. Then we went to see 'Paul Blart: Mall cop.' Any movie done by Happy Madison Productions I'll laugh at. When we got back around 9:15, the boys were still awake; hyped up on cookies and the Wii. Anything goes at Grandma's.

Happy Birthday to ME!

Well, another year, another birthday.  Yesterday was just like any other day; doing laundry, cleaning up around the house, playing with Vince, dishes, dinner, etc.    We, as a family, went out last Friday since Mark had to work yesterday.  We don't do it very often because the kids are usually restless.  Anyway, thank you to all who send cards or e-greetings.

Well, one of my New Year's resolutions is to keep my friends and family in the loop with what is going on in our lives.  So, I decided to start a blog to do that.  I'll try to update it at least once a week, if not more.
